1. Our Promise

Every piece at Mera Aura is made with care, intention, and the belief that the right fit can change how a woman feels about herself.
If something doesn’t sit right — in fit, fabric, or finish — we’ll make it right.

2. The Mera Aura Fit & Quality Guarantee

We want you to love what you wear. That’s why every purchase is backed by our Fit & Quality Guarantee.

If the fit isn’t right or your product arrives defective, you get:

  • Free exchange for a better size, or

  • Full refund if the product is genuinely defective or damaged.

  • To Claim Required Un Boxing Video.

💛 To keep it fair and scam-proof:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@meraaura.com with clear photos (or an unboxing video).

  • “Defective” refers only to manufacturing or quality issues — like stitching errors, stains, tears, or an incorrect item.
    Minor color or texture differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

  • Once our Quality Check team verifies the claim, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds for COD orders are made via bank transfer or UPI.

3. Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To start one, simply email or message us with your order details.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, Unboxing Video and with original tags attached .

  • The first exchange per order is free. For additional exchanges, a ₹100 pickup fee applies.

  • In locations where reverse pickup isn’t available, you can self-ship (we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 once the parcel is received).

Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance or sale products

  • Customized or altered pieces

  • Accessories (if applicable)

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Verified defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For all other cases (like size issues or preference changes), we offer exchanges.

5. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Every piece is photographed in natural light to reflect true colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen brightness or camera settings.
Such variations are not considered defects.
